We have implemented end-to-end encryption, so when you upload files to Kiwisend, they are securely protected so that no one else, including the server, can see them. This protection stays in place until the person you're sending the files to decides to download them. This way, you can rest assured that your information is private and secure at every step.

 

2. Using Kiwisend

A. Description of Service: Kiwisend provides online file-sharing services to users across the globe, allowing for the transfer and temporary storage of digital files. Our service is designed for ease of use – no registration is required, and we promise the basic file-sharing functionalities are free forever. This ensures quick, hassle-free access to our fundamental file-sharing capabilities.

 

B. Acceptable Use: You agree not to misuse the Kiwisend services. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

2. Transmitting any material that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
3. Attempting to interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the service.
4. Taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
5. Uploading or transmitting viruses, worms, or any other malicious software or programs designed to harm others or the service.
6. Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding, or attempting to hide your identity.
7. Collecting or harvesting any personal data of any user of the site or the service.
